NATASHA WANG POLE: ADVANCED LEVEL II

Class Description: This is a pre-professional level class that infuses the most challenging and rigorous pole movement from around the world! Studying the works of the current top pole athletes, dancers will learn innovative tricks, transitions and combinations perfect for competitors and performers alike.

Minimum Skill Requirement(s): (INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED): Ground/Arial Inversions-Ground/Arial Shoulder Mounts; Climbing (various); Handsprings (multiple grips); Armpit Grips and Elbow Grips

MARY KOLACINSKI BALLET FOR POLE DANCERS AND INT/ADV SPINNING POLE

Spinning Pole Class Description: This is an 1.5 long session that will focus on tricks, combinations and transitions for specifically designed for spinning pole.

Minimum Skill Requirement(s):Ground/Arial Inversions and Climbing

Ballet for Pole Dancers Class Description: This class is designed to teach the basics of ballet technique specifically for pole dancers. Class includes a dance-based warm up, introduction to (vertical) barre and around the pole exercises.

Class Description: Advanced Level I Pole focuses on challenging pole combinations and advanced inversions, holds, spins and drops using a variety of grips. In this class dancers will learn to master movement perfected by the PROS! Join us and take your pole dancing to the next level.

AMBER RICHARD ROCK HARD BODIES

Class Description: This high intensity interval training workout will challenge you in a whole new way! Be prepared to work your muscles and your heart while increasing strength, power, and agility, all skills which will translate to pole. This class will end with a deep stretching routine and is a workout guaranteed to make you sore and sculpt your body! Please wear gym clothes and shoes.

Each Beginners’ Pole Session will feature the basics of pole dance technique, including spins, climbs and inversions, led by a current cast member of Girl Next Door – a pole dance soirée. Each student will learn how to channel their “inner sexy” through this fun fitness program.

Intermediate Pole Class Description: The Intermediate Level Pole Class focuses on pole combinations and tricks that bridge the gap between beginning and advanced pole instruction. Dancers receive aerial pole instruction involving inversions, shoulder mounts, creative grips, intricate spins and much more!

Hips, Butts and Thighs…Oh My! Class Description: This class is designed to strengthen and tone the hip, butt, and thigh areas using a mix of cardio, conditioning, and tweaking exercises. (RESIDENTS ONLY)

KELLY YVONNE BALLET FOR POLE DANCERS, CREATIVE POLEOGRAPHY, STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY AND POLE: BEGINNING and MUSICALITY

Creative Poleography Class Description

This class is a designed to teach dancers how to learn and retain pole choreography as well as begin creating their own performance pieces.

Stretch and Flexibility Class Description

This class is a dance-based stretching regime that infuses ballet, modern and contortion techniques to safely increase flexibility. Minimum Experience Recommended: None

Ballet for Pole Dancers Class Description

This class is designed to teach the basics of ballet technique specifically for pole dancers. Class includes a dance-based warm up, introduction to (vertical) barre and around the pole exercises. Minimum Experience Recommended: None

Deepen the meaning and experience of your performance: learn how to take your routines to the next level with this music interpretation-based class.  This will sharpen your skills to truly understand the contents of a song beyond the simple sound or feeling — to consider more — ranging from lyrics and undertones to crescendos and base kicks.

Class Description: In this 90 minute class you will awaken your inner siren to combine exotic movement with a mesmerizing flow. Stretch and Flexibility Class Description

Ultimate Pole Fit Class Description

This class will combine training and conditioning techniques needed develop strength for a variety of pole dance movement. Conditioning will focus on the whole body : arms, legs and core, both individually and combined. Moves are based with pole dance and tricks in mind, so not only do they build strength, but muscle memory as well.

All Choreography House Residents receive live performance training and are considered for various performance opportunities, including our newest production HIDE AND SEEK – a pole dance speakeasy.
