The Choreography House has expanded it’s curriculum and will now offer daytime and afternoon classes (beginning March 2012). In addition to our existing weekly class offerings, our schedule will NOW include:

TUESDAYS Ballet for Pole Dancers at 11a | Spinning Pole at 12p | Creative Poleography at 1:30p

THURSDAYS Pole: Beginning at 10:30a | Pole: Intermediate at 12p | Stretch & Flexibility at 1:30p

SUNDAYS Pole: Beginning at 6:30p

Our unique curriculum and knowledgeable staff provides the most well-rounded pole dance training in the greater Los Angeles area. Whether your 2012 goal is to get fit, perform on stage or win a title, The Choreography House can help!

NATASHA WANG POLE: ADVANCED LEVEL II

Class Description: Advanced Level II Pole is a pre-professional level class that infuses the most challenging and rigorous pole movement from around the world! Studying the works of the current top pole athletes, dancers will learn innovative tricks, transitions and combinations perfect for competitors and performers alike.

Minimum Experience Recommended Experience: 4 years

MARY KOLACINSKI SPINNING POLE

Spinning Pole Class Description: This is an 1.5 long session that will focus on tricks, combinations and transitions for specifically designed for spinning pole.

Minimum Experience Recommended: 1 year

Ballet for Pole Dancers Class Description: This class is designed to teach the basics of ballet technique specifically for pole dancers. Class includes a dance-based warm up, introduction to (vertical) barre and around the pole exercises.

Minimum Experience Recommended: None

KATHERINE VOORHEES SPINNING POLE

Class Description: This is an 1.5 long session that will focus on tricks, combinations and transitions for specifically designed for spinning pole.

Minimum Experience Recommended: 1 year

REIKO MAKINO POLE: ADVANCED LEVEL I

Class Description: Advanced Level I Pole focuses on challenging pole combinations and advanced inversions, holds, spins and drops using a variety of grips. In this class dancers will learn to master movement perfected by the PROS! Join us and take your pole dancing to the next level.

Minimum Experience Recommended Experience: 3 years

JENNIE GONZALEZ LATIN BURLESQUE

Class Description: Learn the hottest moves from salsa to tango to bachata with a sexy twist. Make your pole performances sizzle, latina-style!

Minimum Experience Recommended: None

JENNIFER KIM POLE: ADVANCED LEVEL II

Class Description: Advanced Level II Pole is a pre-professional level class that infuses the most challenging and rigorous pole movement from around the world! Studying the works of the current top pole athletes, dancers will learn innovative tricks, transitions and combinations perfect for competitors and performers alike.

Minimum Experience Recommended Experience: 4 years

AMBER RICHARD ROCK HARD BODIES

Class Description: This high intensity interval training workout will challenge you in a whole new way! Be prepared to work your muscles and your heart while increasing strength, power, and agility, all skills which will translate to pole. This class will end with a deep stretching routine and is a workout guaranteed to make you sore and sculpt your body! Please wear gym clothes and shoes.

Minimum Experience Recommended: None

TAMARA BRANDEL POLE: INTERMEDIATE

Class Description: The Intermediate Level Pole Class focuses on pole combinations and tricks that bridge the gap between beginning and advanced pole instruction. Dancers receive aerial pole instruction involving inversions, shoulder mounts, creative grips, intricate spins and much more!

Minimum Experience Recommended Experience: 6 months

VERONICA NICHOLS POLE: BEGINNING and INTERMEDIATE

Beginning Pole Class Description: READY TO POLE? Each Beginners’ Pole Session will feature the basics of pole dance technique, including spins, climbs and inversions, led by a current cast member of Girl Next Door – a pole dance soirée. Each student will learn how to channel their “inner sexy” through this fun fitness program.

Minimum Experience Recommended: None

Intermediate Pole Class Description: The Intermediate Level Pole Class focuses on pole combinations and tricks that bridge the gap between beginning and advanced pole instruction. Dancers receive aerial pole instruction involving inversions, shoulder mounts, creative grips, intricate spins and much more!

Minimum Experience Recommended Experience: 6 months

KELLY YVONNE CREATIVE POLEOGRAPHY, STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY AND BALLET FOR POLE DANCERS

Creative Poleography Class Description: This class is a designed to teach dancers how to learn and retain pole choreography as well as begin creating their own performance pieces. Minimum Experience Recommended: 1 year

Stretch and Flexibility Class Description: This class is a dance-based stretching regime that infuses ballet, modern and contortion techniques to safely increase flexibility. Minimum Experience Recommended: None

Ballet for Pole Dancers Class Description: This class is designed to teach the basics of ballet technique specifically for pole dancers. Class includes a dance-based warm up, introduction to (vertical) barre and around the pole exercises. Minimum Experience Recommended: None

CRYSTAL GIBSON POLE: BEGINNING and INTERMEDIATE

Beginning Pole Class Description: READY TO POLE?
