Beginning in November 2011, The Choreography House will provide weekly Massage Therapy Sessions on-site. Our Massage Therapist, SABRINA JACKSON, will provide 50 minute treatments that combine Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Dancer Specific Sports Massage and Swedish techniques. These sessions can improve active flexibility, lengthen muscles and offer pain relief from the demand of performance dance.
Sabrina Jackson is California State Certified Massage Therapist. She has years of study, experience and training in Anatomy and Physiology and specializes in therapy for pole dancers. As a graduate of the Masters Massage Program at California Healing Arts College, she knows how to provide a caring space for dancers to address concerns regarding problem areas. She is National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and has been teaching dance for 17 years, which gives her an advantage when working on dancers.
